We are in the business of providing comfort for your whole house. In 1977, Jeff Kohtz started installing furnaces and air conditioners in Midland and surrounding communities. We added insulation to our services in 2007.

We offer a blower door test for your house which is similar to going to the doctor to get a physical. First we measure your house and use BPI standards to see what your house should be performing like, and then we run a test on your house to see what your house is actually doing. By running these tests on your house it takes the guess work out of where you will see your biggest payback. From here, we can offer solutions to improve how your house works for you from Do it yourself items, all the way up to the contracting end of things. On average an uncontrolled air infiltration accounts for approximately 30% of the home energy loss. We are a licensed mechanical contractor and builder so you can be confident it will get done right.
